Good news - TaxSave will accept returns for most (see below for more info) unopened, unused products in resalable and reusable condition within 30 days of your order.
It is important that all original packaging be included to qualify for a refund. This includes the box, packing materials, instruction manuals or anything that was included from the factory. These items must be in good condition. We may not be able to accept a return if one or all of these materials are missing or damaged. Please note that returns must be received to the TaxSave’ warehouse within 30 days of the date the order was placed. If the return is received after 30 days, there may be a restocking fee. An RMA number is required for all returns. If an item/order is returned back to our home office without an RMA, there will be an additional restocking fee.
The TaxSave will credit the customer back for the item(s) returned less our initial outbound shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We make every effort to process & ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore orders may not be canceled once submitted. The return form is not intended for cancelling orders. If you place an order and try to submit a return request to cancel it, it will not be cancelled and will still process & ship. Please reach out to support@TaxSave.org if you need assistance. However, cancelling still may not be possible even by this method.
If an order already shipped and is no longer wanted, the customer may refuse the order or accept and fill out our return form (excludes Non-Returnable Items). For either method, the customer is responsible for any freight, holding or restocking fees of the carrier and warehouse.
Orders that are returned due to order error, customer did not like or other reasons that TaxSave doesn’t have control over will receive credit less our initial shipping cost on the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items returned must be intact, non-damaged and resalable.
Please allow 7 business days (but up to 21 days) for returns to be processed and credit issued after the item(s) are received to our warehouse.
